Grindal worms usually grow to approximately 10 mm in length, which are a bit smaller than white worms. This makes them an excellent food choice for larger fry, juveniles, and adult fish. Grindal worms hold a nutritional value of about 70% protein and 14% fat. They can make a highly desirable addition to your fish's diet.
